Spicy Aloo Stuffed Paratha2016-02-23

- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Onion 1 chopped
- 1/5 tspn Zeera Powder
- 1/5 tspn Garam Masala Powder
- Green Chilli
- Coriander Leaves
Boil potatoes and mash it after removing skin.
Add salt, red chilli powder, zeera powder and garam masala powder.
Add finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
Add a tspn of oil to this and mix well. If you prefer onions, can add finely small chopped onions too.
Now take a ball of kneaded wheat flour and roll it.
Take one small ball of aalu masala mix and place on the rolled dough. Cover from all sides properly and now again roll slowly into a paratha by sprinking loose atta.
Heat tawa pan and cook from both sides by adding ghee/oil as you normally do for any paratha.
Serve hot with Mint Chutni.
