Landi Kotal Bhuna Gosht



  • Oil ½ cup
  • Mutton 750 gm boneless
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Onion 2 large sliced
  • Tomatoes ½ kg chopped
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp


Step 1

Slice onion thinly and fry in oil till golden.

Step 2

Add in all the spices with chopped tomatoes and mutton, fry till tomatoes soft, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till mutton tender.

Step 3

Add sliced green chilies, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot with naan or chapati
