Fry Keema



  • Mince ½ kg
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 large chopped
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp


Step 1

Take a pan and heat oil in it. Put onion in the pan and fry it light golden. Then add ginger garlic paste. Fry it well till aroma comes.

Step 2

Now add mince with salt and mix well. Add ½ cup water to the mince and cover it. Let it cook till mince half done.

Step 3

Remove the lid from the pan and put chopped tomatoes and all the remaining seasonings except all spice. Cover again and cook till mince tender.

Step 4

In the end add allspice, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger julienne and serve with chapati or naan.
