- Milk 1/4 cup
- cream 1/2 cup
- Caster Sugar 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp
- Water boiled 2 tbsp
- Dark Chocolate chopped 4 tbsp
- Egg Yolk 2
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Take a sauce pan, pour milk into it and bring to boil. Then add cream into the milk.
Make a paste of sugar, corn flour and cocoa powder with water.
Keep the flame slow of milk and cream mixture and add egg yolks. Mix it well.
Now add the cocoa mixture into the pan. And cook it for 5 minutes. When its ready add the the chopped chocolate and pour into the serving bowls and refregirate. Serve Chilled.
