Chicken Pakora



  • Bonless Chicken 1/2 kg (cut in cubes and boiled)
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp
  • Besan 2 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Rice Flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
  • Crushed Dry Corriander 1 tsp
  • Crushed Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1 cup (chopped)
  • Green Chili 3 (chopped)
  • Green Corriander leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)


Step 1

First of all boil chiken with 3 garlic cloves and 3 to 4 pepper corn. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Take a bowl and put all the spices along with besan, egg, maida, corn flour, rice flour, green chillies, corriander leaves and onion. Mix it well.

Step 3

Add chicken into the bowl and mix again. If the batter feels thick add little water.

Step 4

Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry pakoras. When they turn golden brown take them out and serve with mint sauce or ketchup.
