Chicken Corn Soup



  • Chicken breast 1 cut into tiny cubes
  • Cream of corn 1 tin
  • Chicken stock 8 cups
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Corn flour ½ cup heaped
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Egg 1 beaten


Step 1

Heat stock in a wok add chicken cubes with salt, pepper, cook till chicken tender then add cream of corn .

Step 2

In the end mix corn flour with little water into a paste. add to the soups stirring well till soup thickens.

Step 3

Lastly add beaten eggs, cook for 2 minutes and remove.
