Chicken Chili Dry Recipe


Chicken Chili dry recipe made in traditional Pakistani / Indian style. Served with white or fried rice.


  • Chicken 500gm
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1/2
  • Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1/2 tbsp
  • Green Chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green Chillies 5-6
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Sugar a pinch
  • Spring onion for garnish
  • Chopped Garlic 1tbsp


Step 1

Take a bowl and make a marination by adding egg, black pepper, corn flour, maida, soya sauce, salt, 1/2 tbsp garlic, 1/2 tbsp green chili paste, 1/2 tbsp ginger. Mix it and put chicken into it. Keep it for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Now in a pan heat 1/4 cup of oil and shallow fry the marinated chicken till golden brown.

Step 3

Take out the chicken in a plate and put remaining garlic and red chilli powder in the same oil. Fry for 2 minutes then add capsicum and onion. Slightly fry then then add vinegar.

Step 4

Add fried chicken to the pan, remaining 1/2 tbsp of ginger and remaining green chilli paste. In the end green chilies and garnish with spring onions. Serve with fried rice or plain white rice.
