- Self Raising Flour 1 Cup
- Caster Sugar 3/4 Cup
- Oil 3/4 Cup
- Orange Essence 1/2 tbsp
- Yellow Food Color 1/2 tbsp
- Eggs 5 Medium
Beat oil and sugar for a while then add eggs. Beat till the size doubles and the texture is fluffy.
Add orange essence and food color. Add flour to the mix and fold using hands.
Preheat oven at 180 degrees C. Grease oven tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Take out and allow it to cool. Then cut into the shapes of rusks.
Bake them again at 150 degrees C for 50 minutes. 25 minutes for each side.
Take them out and test if they are dry and crispy. Serve with tea.
