Strawberry Ice Cream2016-03-05
- Strawberries 250 gms
- Gelatin powder 1 tsp
- Sugar ½ cup
- Condensed Milk 1 cup
- Milk ½ litre
- Strawberry Custard Powder 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 packet
Take a sauce pan and pour milk into it. Bring it to boil.
When the milk starts boiling add sugar and cook it.
Dissolve gelatin powder in water and put it into the milk. Keep this aside.
Now in a blender blend strawberries, cream, condensed milk. Add milk mixture into it. Mix it.
In the end, take it out in a bowl in freezer and wait for 6 hours. Then take out and serve.
