Spicy Roast Chops

Ingredients

  • Mutton chops 500 grams
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (coarsely crushed) 1 ½ tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tsp
  • Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Sugar 1 tsp

Method

Step 1

Take a bowl put chops into it. Add all the ingredients into the chops. Mix It well and marinate it for 1 hour.

Step 2

Now heat little oil in pan and put the marinated chops into it. Cook for 30 minutes by covering the pan. Once done fry it(bhoono). Serve hot with Mashed potatoes.
