- Potatoes 3 boiled
- Salt 1tsp
- Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
- Chicken Powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion Finely Chopped 2 tbsp
- Mint Leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green Onion chopped(only green part) 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Bread Crumbs 2tbsp
Take a bowl and put boiled potatoes into it. Add in garam masala, chicken powder, salt, chopped onions, mint leaves, green onion, chili flakes, brown sugar and bread crumbs.
Mix them well and mash the potatoes properly that no hard piece is left there.
In a frying pan put oil and make round shaped fritters and shallow fry them.
When done serve them with a bbq sauce or ketchup at tea time.
