Mutton Paye

Ingredients

  • Mutton paye 6
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2 sliced
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 3 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp leveled
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Lemon to serve
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Yogurt 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Boil paye with sliced onion, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, salt, coriander powder and 8 cups of water on slow fire, cover till paye are tender.,

Step 2

In another pan heat oil add yogurt with paye, fry well add remaining stock let it cook on slow flame, lastly add allspice, ginger slice, chopped hara masala and serve with lemon.
