  • Milk 2 kg
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Slice pistachio 2 tbsp
  • Strawberry jelly 1 cup set in 1 cup water
  • Pineapple tidbits 1 tin
  • Gulab sharbat 4 tbsp (Rooh Afza)
  • Cream 2 packets
  • Strawberry custard powder 3 tbsp
  • Colored vermicelli half cup


Step 1

First of all boil colored vermicelli and keep it aside.

Step 2

Take a pan add milk with sugar. When the milk starts boiling add strawberry custard dissloved in water. Cook till the custard thickens. Then add colored vermicelli.

Step 3

REmove the pan from the flame and let it cool.

Step 4

Once cool then fold it in cream, pineapple, jelly and pistachio.

Step 5

In the end add rooh afza mix slightly. Chill it in refregirator and serve. Garnish it with fruits and jelly.
