- Milk 2 kg
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Slice pistachio 2 tbsp
- Strawberry jelly 1 cup set in 1 cup water
- Pineapple tidbits 1 tin
- Gulab sharbat 4 tbsp (Rooh Afza)
- Cream 2 packets
- Strawberry custard powder 3 tbsp
- Colored vermicelli half cup
First of all boil colored vermicelli and keep it aside.
Take a pan add milk with sugar. When the milk starts boiling add strawberry custard dissloved in water. Cook till the custard thickens. Then add colored vermicelli.
REmove the pan from the flame and let it cool.
Once cool then fold it in cream, pineapple, jelly and pistachio.
In the end add rooh afza mix slightly. Chill it in refregirator and serve. Garnish it with fruits and jelly.
