Keema Cheese Naan2016-01-12
- Flour 2 cups
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Desi ghee as required
- Ingredients for filling:
- Keema 200 gm (boiled)
- Cottage Cheese 100 gm (Grated)
- Green Chillies 2 chopped
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
- Salt to taste
Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Now ad sugar, yogurt and 1/4 cup of water to the sieved flour and make a dough. After making a dough put oil on it and wrap it in a wet cloth. Keep it aside for 1 hour .
Divide the dough into four portions.
For stuffing mix all the ingredients and divide it in four portions as well.
Now put stuffing into each portion and make balls(paira). Cover them with wet cloth and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Now make rotis from the balls and bake it on 200 degrees in oven. Spread little desi ghee on each naan and serve hot.
