Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Fettuccine pasta 3 cups
  • Ingredients for Alfredo sauce:
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Cream 200 gm
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Cream cheese ½ cup heaped
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Mushrooms 6 sliced
  • Olives 4 sliced
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

First of all marinate chicken with garlic paste, salt, paprika, soya sauce, black pepper, teriyaki sauce, heat oil 2 tbsp. Keep it for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Take a pan and saute marinated chicken for 10 minutes. Keep this aside.

Step 3

Boil water in a large pan and add fettuccine pasta for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain out all the water and keep it aside.

Step 4

For alfredo sauce heat butter in a sauce pan and add garlic powder, cream cheese, all the seasonings and 1 cup water. Cook it on a meduim flame till sauce thickens.

Step 5

Now add boiled fettuccini with chicken in the sauce. Mix it. Add sliced mushrooms and olives, sprinkle oregano and parmesan cheese over i. Take out in a platter and serve immediately
