- Boneless Chicken Breast (stripes) 300 gms
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
- Baking Powder ½ tsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
- Eggs 2
- Self-rising Flour 1 cup
- Red Chili Garlic Sauce 3 tbsp
- Bread Crumbs 1 cup
- Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Now make crispy and crunchy chicken strips just like Burger King or KFC at home with this easy recipe with a little pakistani touch.
Cut the chicken breast in strips first. In a bowl make a marination by putting vinegar, baking powder, salt, chili garlic sauce, red pepper and black pepper. Mix it well. Then add chicken strips to this marination and marinate it for 1 hour .
Then take 3 bowls. Put self raising flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl and bread crumbs and garlic powder in the third bowl.
Take a marinated chicken strip and first coat it in self raising flour then dip it in egg and in the end coat in bread crumbs and garlic powder mixture. Repeat this for all the strips and deep fry them on a medium flame.
Serve hot with your choice of dip.
