Chicken Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • Chicken 2 breast flatten with side bone attached
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Woostershier sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper ¼ tsp each
  • Hp sauce 1 tbsp
  • Rosemary leaves ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Baked potato 1
  • Boiled vegetables to serve
  • Ingredients for pepper sauce:
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Hp sauce 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Stock ½ cup
  • Rosemary leaves ½ tsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1

For sauce take a pan and put butter in it. When butter starts melting add flour with salt and pepper. Mix it well. Then add stock. Cook till thick. In the end add fresh cream and rosemary leaves. Keep it aside.

Step 2

For steak first marinate chicken with crushed garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, woostershier sauce ,salt and black pepper, hp sauce and rosemary leaves for 10 minutes.

Step 3

In a grill pan heat 1 tbsp of butter and 1 tbsp oil. Grill chicken pieces for 10 minutes until done. add in the pepper sauce.

Step 4

Take a sizzler put grilled chicken on it. Now pour the pepper sauce on it. Put boiled vegetables and baked potato on the side and serve hot.
