- Bonless Chicken 1/2 kg (cut in cubes and boiled)
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Besan 2 tbsp
- Maida 2 tbsp
- Rice Flour 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
- Crushed Dry Corriander 1 tsp
- Crushed Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 cup (chopped)
- Green Chili 3 (chopped)
- Green Corriander leaves 3 tbsp (chopped)
First of all boil chiken with 3 garlic cloves and 3 to 4 pepper corn. Keep it aside.
Take a bowl and put all the spices along with besan, egg, maida, corn flour, rice flour, green chillies, corriander leaves and onion. Mix it well.
Add chicken into the bowl and mix again. If the batter feels thick add little water.
Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry pakoras. When they turn golden brown take them out and serve with mint sauce or ketchup.
