Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • Chicken thinly sliced ½ kg
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Capsicum 1 chopped into tiny cubes
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Any pasta boiled(of your choice)2-3 cups
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup grated
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Ketchup ¼ cup

Method

Step 1

Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add chopped onion and garlic fry it till light golden color appears.Put chicken in it and stir fry it.

Step 2

Now add all the seasonings with tomato puree. Fold in boiled pasta with capsicum and sweet corn. Mix it well.

Step 3

Take a pyrax dish and spread half of the pasta in it then spread half of the cheese on it.Repeat the same process for second layer. Pre heat the oven and bake it for 15 minutes until cheese melts and light golden color appears.
