Caramelized Chips

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Ginger Water 1tbsp
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 thinly Sliced
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Honey 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed Black Pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Pre heat oven at 200 degrees.

Step 2

Cut potatoes with skin in finger cut.

Step 3

Take a bowl and put potatoes with sliced onion and all other ingredients. Mix well.

Step 4

Then bake it on 240 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes.

Step 5

Serve hot with any sauce.
